It is known as the Graffiti Spray and an online store you can purchase one from is ThinkGeek, where it’s available at a price of $49.99.
Practically, with the glowing spray you can draw anything you’d draw with a standard color spray and you can use it on surfaces from up to 12 inches distance.
The spray uses UV light from the can, which excites the luminescent material in the photo sensitive sheet. It powers from two AA batteries and measures 2.5 x 6 inches. We don’t know how much quantity it contains to estimate a maximum time of continuous use.
